How To Fill In Learning Agreement Erasmus
We plan to introduce other features to easily populate the most up-to-date data from issuing and receiving institutions, and we are constantly working to improve the OLA to provide you with a user-friendly online tool to make the process even smoother. There are two workflows, depending on whether the LA is initiated by the student or by the HEI. Students and universities have their own online platform to work with online learning agreements. The platforms are interconnected and it is therefore possible to complete, comment on and sign e-learning agreements. Workflow One: I had already used the platform to create my OLA – where can I access it now? OLA is initiated by the university You can access the OLA platform with your academic references or eduGAIN. If you don`t have an eduGAIN account, ask your coordinator if your university is already part of the eduGAIN community (most likely that`s it) and how to get your registration information. Until spring 2021 or during the transition period, you can also use your Gmail account for authentication. Your data is kept securely in accordance with current European regulations and in an encrypted environment. They will never be passed on to third parties without your explicit consent.
OLA: Online Learning Agreement LA: Learning Agreement HEI: Hochschule No! The OLA can be easily signed online – this feature works best on a touch screen (e.g. on mobile phones, laptops or tablets). The same functionality is available to your coordinators at the sending and receiving institution, so you don`t need to print the LA and the result looks exactly like an LA document. However, your OLA is still available to you on the platform and you can download and print it at any time. Please check your inbox for more instructions, as all existing users have been notified of the changes introduced on October 15, 2020 and the process for accessing their learning agreements. As in the past, you can access the e-learning agreement via the Erasmus+ app or via the “Elder OLA” tab here. The OLA has been implemented within the framework of e-learning agreement projects and developed by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, the European University Foundation and the Erasmus Student Network. . . .
